Panhandle Place Cottages in Linden near Randburg are lovely self-catering units in a beautiful garden setting with views of the Johannesburg city skyline.

We are centrally placed in an old Johannesburg suburb with tree-lined streets, safe for walking and jogging. There are many good restaurants in Linden within a two kilometre radius of Panhandle Place. We lie between two shopping malls, so shopping is easy and close-by.

We have easy access to Sandton Clinic, Milpark Hospital, Garden City Clinic, all the eye hospitals, both the universities and The Dome. Sandton, Rosebank, Hyde Park, Randburg, Cresta, Johannesburg CBD, Multi Choice, are all close to get to.

We pride ourselves in offering a quiet, safe, peaceful stay in garden surroundings with trees, flowers, and a large variety of birds. We have excellent security, electric gates and cameras, and safe off-street parking not visible from the street.

This establishment is owner run, with the owner on the property.

The Cabin. This unit is free-standing and completely private with it's own little garden, veranda, and outside enclosed hot and cold shower under the stars. It has a kingsize bed, a large corner bath and shower in the en-suite bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan, dishwashing facilities and all necessary crockery and cutlery and other utensils. Here you will feel you are in some peaceful faraway place.

The Garden Suite. This is an open-plan unit separate from the main building. It has a bedroom/lounge area with a double and a single bed (or two kiddies beds). It has a full bathroom and a separate kitchen with a dining area. It also has a small garden with a fountain, table and chairs and BBQ facilities.

The Blue Suite. This is our biggest unit, consisting of a bedroom with queen bed, a large full bathroom, a roomy lounge/dining in which an additional bed can be put, and a kitchen. All rooms have outside doors onto the garden. This unit can be combined with The Forest Room for larger families or couples travelling together.

The Forest Room. This is an en-suite (shower only) twin bedded room with own private outside entrance and a table and chair under the vine patio. It has limited self-catering facilities - fridge, microwave and kettle with cutlery and crockery.
